Hara Ayurveda Practitioner Training
A comprehensive practitioner training in Ayurvedic assessment, body therapy and holistic lifestyle practices.
Students will learn:
Ayurvedic philosophy and body systems
Clinical assessment and consultation skills
Foundational and advanced body therapies
Nutrition, herbal support and daily routines
Conscious Counselling and integration
Program structure:
• Three In-person training intensives (18 days)
• 24 weeks of mentorship and guided learning
• Hands-on practical training
• Practice consultations
• Written, Verbal and Practical assessments
Certification:
Graduates receive certification as a Hara Ayurveda Practitioner.
Hara Breath Practitioner Training
A professional training in breathwork, nervous system regulation and emotional integration.
Students will learn:
• Principles of conscious balanced breathing
• Traditional pranayama techniques
• Breathwork facilitation skills
• Emotional integration and trauma-aware support
• Nervous system regulation through breath
• Leadership development and guiding group breathwork safely
• Ethical practice and professional development
• Complete framework to offer Hara® Events & Retreats
Program structure:
• Three in-person training intensives (18 days)
• 24 weeks of Supervised practicum and mentorship
• Personal breathwork practice and integration
• Written, Verbal and Practical assessments
Certification:
Graduates receive certification a Hara Breath Practitioner & Hara Energy Balancing Practitioner

Upon successful completion, you will receive professional certification as a:

Hara®️ Ayurveda Practitioner
Hara®️ Advanced Breath & Ayurveda Practitioner (with completion of both programs)
you will also be eligible to register as Natural Health Practitioner of Canada.
